By accessing, shopping on this site, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘terms & conditions’, constitutes your acceptance of those changes. At  www.thynaa.com, we try our best to create a space where you can explore and shop for all your favorite things in a safe and secure environment. All products and information displayed on  www.thynaa.com constitutes an "invitation to offer".  www.thynaa.com” reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Your order for purchase, constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

1. Eligibility to use our site

Use of the Site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site.  www.thynaa.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Membership

Although it's not essential to have an account to shop with  www.thynaa.com, you can shop as a guest. As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form. Registration where prohibited under any law shall be void. www.thynaa.com reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.

5. Accuracy of Content/ Information of Products on the Web Site

While www.thynaa.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.thynaa.com shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the price of the products, or information of the products or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. 

6. Shipping & Delivery Policies

Thynaa ships its products to majorly Noida. Orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 days depending on the availability. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays. For other areas the products will be shipped through third party transportation and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. 

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Thynaa is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Thynaa continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Thynaa reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

7. Workshop Policies

Only on the successful verification of the payment you will be allowed to attend the workshop. No Refund in case you are not able to attend the workshop. In case you are not able to attend the workshop, you can attend any of our future workshop within next 3 months if workshop are available. You will get certification of the course only if you attend the entire duration workshop with your video/audio sorted for online mode and physical presence for offline mode.

Please read this carefully. It sets out the terms on which you agree to the Thynaa Healthy Naturally taking photographs and/or making video or audio recordings of you and using those photographs or recordings. By agreeing to these terms, you: (a) agree to the Thynaa Healthy Naturally photographing and/or recording you and give permission to the Thynaa Healthy Naturally to use any material in the photographs and/or recordings where the copyright or any other rights are owned by you; (b) confirm that the Thynaa Healthy Naturally shall be entitled to use, free of charge, the photographs and/or recordings made of you (without having to identify you by name), in their original format or edited, adapted or altered, for the purposes of the Thynaa Healthy Naturally’s internal and external promotional and publicity materials and for any programmes, publications, websites, electronic publications and social media services worldwide produced by or on behalf of the Thynaa Healthy Naturally; and (c) agree that the Thynaa Healthy Naturally shall be entitled to pass the photographs and/or recordings of you, and your name, to external press and media agencies, publishers and broadcasters, and to partners and other third parties with which the Thynaa Healthy Naturally works, anywhere in the world.
