Our Approach with farmers is to work on 4 pillars of Jaivik Kheti (or Natural Farming)
- Soil : Focus on improving the soil and nutrient content of the crop, rather than blind focus on increasing yield by putting chemicals in the soil which yield to dehydration of the soil also increase sudden growth un-naturally by consumption of water. Instead in Jaivik Kheti through use of Gaumutra, Gobar to aid the process of nutrient fixation where the nutrient content of the crop per acre is very high.
- Desi Seeds : use of naturally grown traditional seeds which are high resistance and strong unlike GMO or Hybrid seeds(harmful) which need to be purchased by famers every season.
- Pest repellant cropping by using Beejaamrit, Jeevamrit, growing through a multi-cropping system using symbiotic relation.
- Use of Desi Indigenous cows - improves the micro - eco system and soil quality"
