Shipping and Delivery Policies:

Shipping:

1. While our primary focus is shipping products to East Delhi, Noida, Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, we also extend our shipping services to other areas within Delhi NCR and PAN India
2. Many of our products, such as wheat flour, are freshly ground based on each order received.
3. Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 days, depending on product availability.
4. Our shipping operations are active on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

Delivery:

1. For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time is typically within 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date. Please note that business days do not include Sundays and other holidays.
2. For areas not covered by our courier partners, we rely on third-party transportation, which may take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on the location.
3. Occasionally, unforeseen logistical challenges may cause unexpected delays in the delivery of your order. Please understand that such situations are beyond our control, and Thynaa cannot be held liable for them. We kindly request your cooperation and patience as we strive to address and resolve any such instances promptly.
4. Thynaa reserves the right to cancel an order at our discretion if it takes longer than usual for delivery or if the shipment becomes physically untraceable. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.

Return Policy for Products:

1. If a product is damaged, please inform our company representative within one day from the date of delivery.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, along with the complete packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any other relevant documents.

Refund Policy for Products:

1. Once we receive the product successfully, Thynaa Healthy Naturally will initiate the refund process promptly.
2. The refund will be made to your source account or chosen method of refund within 30 working days.

Refund and Cancellation for Workshops:

1. Due to the nature of our workshop services, we do not entertain refunds or cancellations once payment has been made.
2. If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, you have the option to attend the next available batch.
3. We conduct workshops every month, providing you with an opportunity to participate at a later date that suits your schedule.
